April 2019 general conference: What was talked about? Here's a list of 12 frequent topics

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints held its 189th Annual General Conference over the weekend, and speakers focused on topics such as love, Jesus Christ and the priesthood.

Latter-day Saint leaders taught lessons of love and repentance on the first day, according to the Deseret News. On the second day, President Russell M. Nelson made an impassioned plea for members to “come unto Christ.” Latter-day Saint leaders also preached about homes being sanctuaries of faith.
